Frequently Asked Questions
The questions we are asked most, answered plainly, including the ones with answers you might not want to hear.
Getting Started
We supply registered businesses only. That includes online marketplace sellers, brick-and-mortar retailers, e-commerce stores, distributors and resellers.
You will need a valid business registration and a resale certificate or seller's permit for your state. We do not sell to individuals for personal use.
Complete the wholesale application form with your business details and upload your resale documentation. There is no fee to apply.
We review each application individually rather than approving automatically, so we can make sure the categories you are interested in are actually a fit for your business.
At minimum we need a resale certificate or seller's permit issued in your state. Depending on your business type and location we may also ask for a business license or your EIN documentation.
Upload what you have with your application. If something further is needed, we will tell you exactly what it is rather than leaving the application sitting.
Most applications are reviewed within one to two business days of receiving complete documentation. Applications missing paperwork take longer, because we have to come back to you for it.
You will hear from us either way. We do not leave applications unanswered.
Ordering & Pricing
Minimums are set per product and shown on every product page. They generally follow the manufacturer's case pack rather than an arbitrary number we have imposed.
There is no minimum order value across the account as a whole. You are free to order a single line if that is what you need.
On lines where our cost moves with sourcing availability (imports, allocation-limited items, heavy goods where freight dominates the landed cost), a published price would be out of date almost immediately.
For those lines we quote against your actual volume and delivery point, so the number you receive is one that will still hold when you place the order.
Yes. Pricing tiers are set against quantity and confirmed in writing, so you can model your margin before committing rather than negotiating from scratch each time.
On committed forward volume we can also hold allocation and split delivery across dates.
No. There is no fee to apply, no membership charge, no subscription and no minimum monthly spend. You pay for goods and freight, and nothing else.
Selling Online
Yes. Marketplace sellers are a significant part of who we supply. We provide commercial invoices in your business name, clear product identification and packaging suited to onward fulfillment.
We cannot guarantee ungating on any brand or category. That decision sits with the marketplace, not with us, and any supplier who promises otherwise is not being straight with you.
Yes. Stock is supplied prep-ready in sealed retail packaging, case quantities are aligned to shipment planning, and on approved accounts we can ship directly to a fulfillment center.
Often, yes. Send us the brand, product and volume through the quote request form and we will work our supplier network.
If we cannot get it at a cost that leaves you a workable margin, we will tell you that rather than quoting you something that does not make sense to buy.
Shipping & Fulfillment
Once your order is confirmed and payment has cleared, it is picked, checked and packed for transit. Tracking is issued to you on the day it leaves us.
We handle small parcel, LTL freight and full pallet shipments, and can deliver to your warehouse, your prep partner or a fulfillment center.
Tracking details are sent to you by email on the day your order is dispatched, so in most cases you will already have what you need.
If you need an update after that, contact us with your order reference and we will confirm the current status with the carrier, usually the same business day.
Tell us within five business days of delivery with photographs and the delivery paperwork, and we will resolve it. Depending on the situation that means a replacement, a credit or a refund.
Shortages and damage happen in distribution. What matters is that they get sorted quickly and without an argument.

Ask us directly. We would much rather answer a question before you order than explain something afterwards.
